Molecular Sieve 3A Coated Aluminium Foil is also named Hygrosieve Aluminum Foi. Molecular sieve 3A is one type of hygroscopic lacquer, it can absorb water molecule which is smaller than 3A, ideal for the manufacture of energy recovery rotors and Heat Recovery Wheels. By the other hand, it makes products more resistant to corrosion caused by humid environment, e.g. in marine environment. In addition it limits the bacteria formation and it’s free of Silica Gel, which is a source of bad smell.

The coated aluminium with hygroscopic lacquer, absorbs moisture from the air. The hygroscopic lacquer reduces ventilation system’s energy consumption.Thanks to the Molecular Sieve effect, the hygroscopic lacquer improves the performance in terms of selective vapour adsorption /desorption with a 15% of energy savings.
